The call for the eighth period of the playwriting project “Four Seasons of Iranian Theater” was published.
Theater News Base: Ayub Agakhani, the designer and director of the “Four Seasons of Iranian Theater” project, published the call for the eighth season on the eve of the seventh seasonal workshops of this educational project.

In order to continue its steps, which has now reached its twentieth step, and as the eighth chapter of its new round, the “National Four-Season Theater Project of Iran” invites all experienced or inexperienced playwrights outside the capital to relate the initial ideas of this period. Entitled “Human Relations in the Post-Corona World”, as always to the Permanent Secretariat of the project, the Office of Studies and Research of the Center for Performing Arts, [email protected] They will send 1401 until the end of Nowruz. The initial ideas – a minimum of five lines and a maximum of two 18-page A4 pages – will be reviewed by the faculty members of the eighth chapter, which will be introduced later, and the selected ones will enter the initial and complete writing of their play.
The winners of this stage will participate in the seasonal workshops of the Iranian Four Seasons Theater Project in the spring of 1401, and before the end of the spring, they will present the final copies of their plays for final review and selection for publication.
Of course, the imaginative aspect of the works of this chapter or the relative entry into the fantasy world may be more colorful than the themes and ideas of the previous chapters, or perhaps it is better to mention that in the initial design of the ideas of this chapter, features of more diverse genres can be used. .
