He added: In the various festivals of the country, the creators of the works, including the director, actor, and film crew, are usually honored, while the cinema process is tied to a large group of cinema and social activists, and it is worthy that in opportunities from other fields cinematography to be celebrated.
Ashna believes that there are many neglected capacities in the provinces that have not yet been seen in various events to flourish and identify them, and Mehr Cinema provides this opportunity.

Ashna continued: This year, from May 19th, a provincial needs assessment was conducted by the general administrations, and all the provinces welcomed the experience of holding this celebration and announced their readiness for the upcoming periods.
According to him, Iran’s Cinema Seal Festival spreads its umbrella so that all cinematographic capacities of a province in all sectors and cinematographic activities are considered and evaluated.
He said: Iranian cinema’s Mehr festival is designed in the form of Tehran and provinces, and the national festival will be held on 13th of Mehr month in Tehran.
He added: We have no doubt that this festival is a platform and an opportunity to be seen, revive and encourage the abandoned forces of cinema and all the servants of this field along with the filmmakers. Representatives from all the provinces of the country will be present for the Mehr cinema celebration in Tehran.
