According to IRNA, entrepreneurship can be defined in different ways, but one of its important definitions is understanding and exploiting opportunities, and in fact, an entrepreneur should be able to go to the idea and business by creating mechanisms that most Have an impact on it.

To achieve such a definition, an entrepreneur must have various attributes such as the ability to create employment, risk power, the ability to create wealth, value creation, attention to the future, creativity, etc., which if you have any of them can be in Make your career more successful.

Today, entrepreneurship can be introduced as one of the most difficult job issues due to the economic conditions and the sanctions problems of the country, someone who, in addition to himself, can also create jobs for some of his kind, and in this way, he must Deal with the complex processes of various devices and institutions, the banking system and many other issues.

Now the difficulty of this situation for a disabled entrepreneur is doubled, but the hard work and determination of a disabled entrepreneur in Qazvin has shown that it is possible to become an entrepreneur despite many disabilities and difficulties.

The life story of Mehdi Ali Mohammadi, a 38-year-old disabled entrepreneur from Qazvin, begins with an incident in one of the industrial units.

In the following, we read the life story of this disabled person from Qazvin and his concerns and demands on behalf of the disabled community, which was presented in an interview with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) in Qazvin province.

IRNA. Introduce yourself and explain the reason for your disability?

Mehdi Alimohammadi, 38 years old and I have a bachelor’s degree in physical education, I have been covered by the welfare of Qazvin province since 1988 and I have four children.

In 1988, my left hand was injured in an accident in one of the industrial units of the province, and I became disabled in this area, which changed my life and in no other way accepted my company with new conditions.

After that, I did not have a steady job for about three years and I was driving, I was experiencing really bad conditions and the situation was very difficult, but I was trying to make a living anyway and I was earning an average of 800 to 900 thousand tomans a month.

Of course, disability did not mean that I would die for someone, during this time I did not demoralize and motivate myself, and although the disability limited my body, it did not affect my spirit and I redoubled my efforts to build a life. I did.

For this reason, I went to entrepreneurship and now I have been selected twice as a model entrepreneur of the country by the welfare of the country and once by the National Youth Organization.

IRNA. From what period did you think that you can be an entrepreneur?

In 1989, I went to the marathon competitions on behalf of Behzisti and won a position in those competitions. From there, my relationship with Behzisti improved and became more and more, and the general manager of Behzisti supported me, until in 1996, I applied for a facility, which he received. I became one and with a loan of 20 million Tomans, I turned to animal husbandry, which was my ancestral job.

During these seven years, Behzisti paid for my education and health insurance, albeit on issues such as empowerment.

In 1996, with the loan I received, I bought 18 sheep and a horse and started raising livestock and breeding in a way that was fortunately successful. Today, my livestock farm has 275 light livestock and three heavy livestock.

In addition to this livestock, I have been activating a building materials production unit such as blocks, beams and tables for four years.

In addition, I have set up a fish pond that provides the basic facilities and the necessary bed, and I am looking for a person who specializes in this field to set up a fish farming unit.

IRNA. What is your average income and how many people work with you?

Some of my actions are more capital and I do not have a monthly income from them, such as livestock, which I am more looking for capital increase and I do not look at that income.

But I earn an average of eight to 10 million tomans from the production of construction materials and other jobs, and I have two regular workers all year round and in the hot days of the year I have five other workers who average 20 to 25 million tomans. I will pay.

IRNA. Are you thinking of developing your employment and entrepreneurship?

Definitely yes, of course, this should be done with the support of the authorities, including welfare managers, and if good facilities are paid, I am willing to use people covered by welfare in the development of my business.

I have already set up a 110-meter shed that I have planned for food packaging, and if the necessary arrangements are made, I can employ a number of welfare clients.

Completely hygienic food packaging is one of the jobs that society needs today and can be a successful business.

IRNA. How difficult is entrepreneurship in today’s society?

Entrepreneurship has a series of steps and mechanisms and can not enter this field without research, experience and profession.

Support, financial capital, support and having the knowledge of the four sides of a successful entrepreneurship, which has made the conditions of entrepreneurship very difficult by considering bureaucracies.

If any of these steps are disrupted, that employment will definitely be problematic and all of them must be pursued simultaneously.

Entrepreneurs and producers should not give up in the failed stages, because I myself have failed many times, but I still fought and I was not disappointed.

For example, in recent years, I had 800 chickens and eight horses, which I sold due to lack of food, and somehow I failed in that job, but I did not despair and turned to other professions.

I have written in my mind with a big handwriting that wanting to be able and I will fight with all my might for this slogan.

IRNA. As an entrepreneur with a disability, what advice do you have for the disabled?

People with disabilities should not be limited to welfare pensions and introduce themselves as needy in society, because whoever wants to enjoy nature and the world must persevere and strive.

I know someone who has a disability in the limbs, but today he is an entrepreneur because entrepreneurship is not about holding a shovel and a shovel, for example, and working. In entrepreneurship, you have to use the brain and the eyes and all the organs of the body. And try to achieve the best result.

IRNA. What is the view of the authorities on the disability community and the field of entrepreneurship and what should they do?

The authorities are very indifferent to the disabled and it seems that we should see a fundamental change in this regard.

Disability agencies, especially welfare, should hold talent search courses for people with disabilities, and if they see that the person in question has a talented idea or job, support him or her, because the employment of a disabled person and entrepreneurship for themselves and It is also useful for the community.

Welfare should provide appropriate facilities in support of the ideas of the disabled, and in addition to these facilities, they should be supported by counseling.

Today, at least 200 to 300 million tomans are needed to create employment and production for each person, but if the welfare of the clients increase their skills before the facilities, this amount will be reduced to 100 million tomans.

In addition, people with disabilities face problems in receiving guarantees for the facility, and Welfare must pay for the facility from its own fund and accept the client’s personal documents as collateral.

IRNA. How does society treat the disabled and how should people treat them?

People need to look more specifically at the disability community, for example, if a person with a disability is looking for raw materials to create a job, the shopkeeper should be more supportive and better off.

People with disabilities are fair people, and that is why people treat them well, and in my opinion, there is no problem in the field of dealing with them.

Closing remarks?

It seems that the welfare organization should enter the field of counseling and empowerment of the disabled in a more special way so that we can introduce many entrepreneurs to the community from the disabled community.

On the other hand, the disabled, like other people in society, must fight the hardships of life and achieve their goals and aspirations.
