In another part of his speech about the analysis of temperature fluctuations in Tehran province in February 1400, Gholami said: The average monthly temperature in this month was 2.8 degrees Celsius, which increased by 0.2 degrees Celsius compared to the long term, while the average The minimum temperature in this month decreased by 0.5 degrees Celsius compared to the long term, but the average maximum temperature increased by about one degree Celsius.

He added: Varamin with an average temperature of 7 degrees Celsius and Firoozkooh with an average temperature of 2.2-degrees Celsius had the highest and lowest values ​​of average temperature, respectively. Statistical analysis of rainfall recorded in meteorological stations of the province also shows that the amount of zone rainfall in the province was 21.8 mm and compared to the long term was about 46 percent less.

In the end, Gholami clarified about the amount of snow and rain from the beginning of the crop year: The amount of rain in Tehran province from the beginning of the crop year (October 1400) to (March 25, 1400) was 109 mm, which has decreased by about 29% compared to the long term. Is.
