Real estate consultants of Tehran under the microscope of the Union / People should not lean on the wall in transactions
According to Tejarat News, Dawood Beginejad reminded the Real Estate Consultants Association that it does not have the authority to analyze those who want to enter this group and not allow them to enter, adding: According to the law, anyone can enter the Real Estate Consultants Guild.
He pointed out that “30% of real estate companies in Tehran do not have licenses” and continued: Today, we have about 12 thousand real estate consultants in 20 urban areas of Tehran, including Shemiran. If we multiply this number by 5, we get the number of employees in the real estate consultants profession, which is about 60 thousand people. Of course, we must add 30% of unauthorized real estate consultants to this figure.
He stated that there are about 80,000 real estate consultants working in Tehran and added: In the meantime, there is another important issue in this field, which is the people who work anonymously in this sector, that is, in Cyberspace.
The vice president of the Union of Real Estate Consultants emphasized that the activity of these people is very dangerous and said: Those who work in a place without a license are much more respectable than these anonymous people.
Recalling the plan of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to organize licensed and unlicensed real estate consultants, Beginejad said: “The more important issue is organizing virtual space; Today, applications accept ads without authentication and without knowing the customer. What happens is that in terms of security (we have nothing to do with the economy, which also has many consequences), people sometimes face challenges.
He said, “We have no enmity with the wall, but we have to tell the people the facts.” He said that the wall has become a reference and anyone who wants to make a decision on the price issue will refer to the wall. But shouldn’t the referenced application be organized? Shouldn’t people referring to this app be verified? Are they licensed, have they been authenticated?
He said: Real Estate Consultants Association is looking for help to the government, when the government has decided to enter the housing issue and do the work, we should give them data.
