Khosravi pointed out that currently the market floor has reduced rental rates by 10 to 15 percent, so that in some southern areas of Tehran we are seeing a reduction in rental rates by up to 20 percent. He continued: the housing market, especially the rental market, has faced a decrease in housing prices, and now this market is facing price stability.

The head of the Tehran Real Estate Advisors Union said: “I do not accept the Central Bank’s statistics regarding the announcement of rental market rates.” It is not clear on what data these statistics are based.

He continued: “When the government and the National Anti-Corona Headquarters set a policy of setting a rent rate of 25 percent, at the same time the Central Bank announced a 30 percent increase, causing the market to suddenly increase by 50 percent.” Percentage rate to face.

Khosravi added: I do not know what is the purpose of the Central Bank in announcing and presenting statistics on a 50% increase in rent rates in November? We hope that the government and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development will take the right policies to announce such statistics.
