Resolutions of the Supreme Council of Mines are binding / Mining units must issue official invoices and in the comprehensive system

The Deputy Minister of Mines and Materials Processing, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, said: “The approvals and votes of the Supreme Council of Mines are binding, and in case of problems and objections, legal steps must be taken to implement an amendment if it is intended.”
