Review of cases without building permits in District 22 on the agenda of the council

Fars Social Group, Alireza Nadali, the spokesman of the council, referring to the forty-sixth session, said: This session will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2014 from 8:45 to 12 at the council hall.

He said: “This meeting will begin with the review of the Tehran Municipality bill regarding the inclusion of unlicensed construction contract files in the attached list (d) and the extension of the tenth Article 10 working group’s approval of the special detailed plan for District 22.”

Nadali further added: “Also, in this meeting, three experts and experts on aging issues will be selected according to the subject of the fifth paragraph under the second article of the resolution of the elderly-friendly city.”

In the end, Nadali emphasized that in this meeting, a case of registration plate will be considered with regard to the letter of the First Branch of the Court of Administrative Justice and the amendment of Note 3 of Article 7 of the Executive Regulations of Article 1 of the Law on Amending the Law on Preservation and Expansion of Green Space.
