Russian diplomat: Banning access to Karaj is not a violation of safeguards agreements


According to Fars News Agency’s International Group, “Mikhail Ulyanov”, Russia’s representative to international organizations, referred in a Twitter message to the report of the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency yesterday about the ban on access to the Karaj site.
