Signing an agreement on cooperation with Delgan Heritage and Law Enforcement

According to the report of Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of Sistan and Baluchestan, Issa Mazari-Fard stated on October 14, 1400: “The protection of the city’s cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts department was achieved.”

“The meeting emphasized co-operation and co-ordination, as well as the use of the two sides’ capacities to prevent the unauthorized demolition and excavation of historic sites, sites and hills and to confront antiquities dealers,” added the head of the Delgan Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts.

He continued: “Every month, a couple of patrols are carried out with the law enforcement agents of the Chah-e-Hashem plain section, which I hope will be achieved in the central section as well.”

“At this meeting, it was decided to report any excavations, excavations and sales by unauthorized persons to the police in order to obtain old objects,” Mazari-Fard said.

“It was also decided that the Delgan police force would conduct a pair of patrols with law enforcement, cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts agents to prevent any possible misuse of the protected areas, as well as to provide security for archaeologists, bazaars and handicraft fairs,” he said.

The head of the Delgan Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department added: “Due to the multiplicity and dispersion of the works, the police force of this city needs to have special cooperation with cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts agents, and the Delgan police commander promised to cooperate in this regard.”

He noted: “Delgan city has 56 identified works in the two central parts and the Chah Hashem plain, of which 27 works are registered in the list of national monuments and are monitored and protected daily by the forces of the Protection Unit.”
