Simorgh 42 | Armin Rahimian played the role of Sardar Hossein Hamdani in “Asman Gharb”.

According to Fars news agency, at the same time as the advance sale of tickets for the movie “Western Sky” written and directed by Mohammad Asgari and produced by Habib Wali Nejad, which is present in the Simorgh Soda competition section of the 42nd Fajr International Film Festival, the first photo of Armin Rahimian was unveiled.

Armin Rahimian is a fresh-faced actor who has appeared in various roles in recent years, and now in this movie with a different make-up, he plays the role of Sardar Shahid Hossein Hamdani, one of the senior commanders of the IRGC.

In “Asman Gharb” we witness a corner of the struggle and stubborn stand of martyrs Hossein Hamdani and Hossein Adabiyan along with the Air Force pilots of the army and popular forces to prevent the fall of the city of Sarpol Zahab. This film depicts the bravery of martyr Ali Akbar Shiroudi during the first month of the war in the western region of the country.

Milad Kimram, Amir Hossein Arman, Nader Fallah, Armin Rahimian, Karim Amini, Ruhollah Zamani, Mohammad Reza Solati, Payam Inaloi, Ehsan Abbasi, Safar Mohammadi, Raheel Lotfi, Ehsan Sahib Al Zamani, Youssef Farutan, Kivan Azad, Parham Gholamlou, Samia Mehri. Nyusha Alipour, Vahid Abdul Majidi, Ramin Ghorbani, Mehran Mirzaei, Mojtabi Vashian, Toran Yaqouti, Amir Hossein Sham Bayati, Mohammad Talai and with the honorary presence of Toraj Alvand and Nasim Adabi play roles in this work.

This work, which will be screened on Wednesday 18th of Bahman in the media cinema, is in the final stages of its preparation for screening at Fajr Film Festival 42.
