Terms of payment of applicants in the plan of the National Housing Movement

According to Tejarat News, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, in a telephone conversation with Khabar 21 studio on Tuesday night, added: “According to the plans, most of the cost of residential units will be financed through facilities provided by the government, and the rest until the final price.” Four to five steps are provided by the applicant during the construction period.

Regarding the amount of mortgage installments, he said: “The amount of facilities is adjusted based on income deciles and related profits and depends on the type of income decile, and based on the resources provided by the National Housing Fund, the government pays a part of the facility interest.” It accepts a bank that is adjusted on the basis of income deciles and the amount of installments depends on the amount of loans and income deciles.

Mahmoudzadeh also added about the choice of the type of deciles among the applicants: the first to third deciles are households that are covered by the Relief and Welfare Committee and for other deciles through the Iranian welfare system where household information will be used in the system registered in the Ministry of Cooperatives. This is the basis on which they are classified and identified.

Regarding the registration of singles in this project, he said: “These conditions are planned for people who are ready to get married and having housing is one of the basic requirements, and its details will be approved at the next meeting of the Supreme Housing Council, which we will inform the applicants.”

He pointed out: the delivery of a residential unit is subject to getting married.

According to this plan, the initial income of the applicants in the plan of the National Housing Movement has been set at 20 million Tomans for the first to third deciles and 40 million Tomans for the other deciles.
It is planned to build 4 million housing units in 4 years in this project, which is now in the registration stage.
