The artist who has an online gallery in “Divar” / Love to Shajarian created a sculpture

Company News | “The soil of the Iranian people flew to the beloved land.” Homayoun Shajarian wrote this sentence on his Instagram page on Thursday evening, October 8, so that after confirming and denying the news of Master Shajarian’s death several times, this time he will return to Master Rangi Rangi.

Mohammad Reza Shajarian, one of the most famous Iranian artists who had a world-famous reputation, died in 1399, and after his death, many artists presented various works of art to pay their respects to him, but the work of one more than others circulated in cyberspace and real, was appreciated. And received special and general approval; A statue made by Amir Bagheri from the face of Mohammad Reza Shajarian.

From veteran to study at the University of Tehran

Amir Bagheri was born in one of the villages of Eghlid Fars in 1345 AH. When he was very young, he went to the front during the Iran-Iraq war and lived with the wound he brought with him as a souvenir of the war and adorned him with the title of veteran. Although he is humble and says: “I am thorny, but you can take a rose from me / I have had enough of the smell of a companion flower. “I am also among the main and real veterans of my country, otherwise I am not a number in this field.”

After returning from the war, he was accepted in the field of industrial design at the University of Tehran and continued his studies. At the same time, he taught as a teacher in high schools in Tehran and is now retired from education.

Interest in Shajarian

“When I was a child, when I came home from school, my father listened to songs on the radio, sung by someone nicknamed ‘Siavash Bidkani.’ {In the early years of Master Shajarian’s activity, due to their father’s opposition to singing, he worked under the pseudonym of Siavash Bidgani}. “Naturally, we also became interested in this sound, and Master’s love took root in our souls from our childhood.”

This interest increases when Amir Bagheri becomes a classmate of Mojgan Shajarian, the daughter of a professor, at the University of Arts, and he succeeds in meeting Professor Mohammad Reza Shajarian several times.

One day, on a poetry night in the house of poets, he accidentally realizes that the necessary materials and mortar for sculpture have been set aside, and that everyone who has a taste designs a statue of one of the greats of literature and art for himself. For the first time and for the first time, he makes a small sculpture of Master Shajarian, which is welcomed by the artists present at the meeting and he is asked to make a sculpture of Master for the next ceremony of the House of Poets.

“The next ceremony was organized by the Shahroud Poets’ Association in this city and coincided with the commemoration of Hafez. “Since Mr. Shajarian was also a Hafez researcher and with his own compositions he kept alive the poems of poets such as Hafez, Saadi, Rumi and Khayyam, it was decided that this statue would be unveiled at the commemoration ceremony of Hafez in Shahroud.”

Amir Bagheri, with his small financial resources, prepares a sardis from the master and, due to his inexperience, transports it from Tehran to Shahroud by bus, which causes sardis to be damaged along the way and to be slightly deformed. However, it is still so beautiful that after its unveiling, its photos and videos are published in news agencies and have the approval of artists.

In 1997, he made a better sardis, made of bronze, which was unveiled and welcomed in a private gallery with the presence of figures such as Keyvan Saket, Hesamuddin Siraj, etc., after which Homayoun sent a written message of appreciation to the sculptor. he does.

Master’s resemblance to his sister

“Professional sculptors say that if you want to make a personal sculpture just from photos and videos, at best it looks 70 to 80 percent like itself.” To make a statue of a person, you have to spend hours with him and know all the angles of his face. Or to have a picture of one of his facial expressions, for example, when he is angry, sad and happy, from several angles; That is, on a specific day and time, take a photo of your face, face and even behind your head so that you can apply all the angles of the face, skin wrinkles, hair twisters and other small details. But I have never had such an opportunity. I had seen the professor two or three times at the Faculty of Arts, especially during the defense of Mojgan Khanum’s dissertation, and it was not possible to see him more closely. I did not have photos of different angles of the face in a day or even a month and a year. I used to look at the photos on the internet and follow the work from the same photos, but my love for Shajarian was indescribable and I wanted to present the best work. My most eloquent description of this situation is that “he loves Biston and Farhad won his fame”. “What made me famous is the greatness of Master Shajarian.”

One of the interesting points in this artist’s work is that he has used the similarities between siblings to draw the master’s face more accurately: “So I went to see him several times and took pictures so that I could draw the master’s face more accurately.”

Greater than being a master of singing is his popular reputation

“Shajarian was always on the side of the people and remained on the side of the people. Remember the Bam earthquake, how much effort Master Shajarian worked to build the Bam Art Garden and traveled to that area several times to make this project come to life and to be blue on the fire of pain of the people, especially children and teenagers who have such a horrible experience. Had passed. He stood by the people in all historical and political moments, he took a stand and was not afraid, and that is why his name and memory are always alive and no one comes around him. “It immortalizes the popularity of any artist.”

Types of headdresses

After the death of Master Shajarian, Amir Bagheri’s sardis was very well received by the people and his Instagram page found a lot of fans.

Master’s desktop sardis with a 24 cm base costs about 500 to 600 thousand tomans, and if you want to build a sardis base with the role of the master’s tomb, it will cost about 700 thousand tomans.

Online platforms and artists’ direct communication with people

This artist considers virtual platforms as a great opportunity to present works of art and the artist’s direct encounter with people. Especially during the Corona outbreak, when the possibility of any gathering and poetry night and هنرم artists was taken away, virtual pages were the only way for people to connect with art.

Amir Bagheri says: “If mediation in art is eliminated and artists can communicate directly with their audiences, something happy will happen. Both people become more accustomed to art, and the artist presents his work without the intervention and pricing of intermediaries, and more art lovers can benefit from the works. Right now, thanks to the existence of platforms such as the “wall”, works of art, especially sculpture, calligraphy and calligraphy, and similar arts are presented online, and people have welcomed them. “I only introduce my products in cyberspace, and people know me in the same way and order master statues, and I am very satisfied with this process.”
