According to Tasnim news agency, the Syrian Football Federation announced that Omar Kharbin will not be able to play in the sixth match of the national team in the final round of the 2022 World Cup qualifier against Iran due to an ankle injury.
Kharbin was injured in last Thursday’s match between Syria and Iraq and needs a week of treatment. The game ended in a one-on-one draw.
The national football teams of Syria and Jordan will meet at 19:30 on Tuesday this week in Jordan.
