The Minister of Cultural Heritage added: With the approval of the removal of foreign exchange contracts in the field of handicrafts and traditional arts of the country, from now on any exporter of products and products of the country’s artists and artisans can export handicraft products without foreign currency contracts.

He said: The people’s government and the president are looking at the prosperity of the handicraft sector, therefore, in the last two years, by allocating appropriate funds, we were able to put the permanent handicraft market of Aqqla into operation after seven years from the beginning of the executive operation.

Pointing out that one of the duties of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts is to create permanent collections for the supply and sale of handicrafts, Zarghami said: Fortunately, with the follow-up of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Golestan province and the city officials, today we have witnessed the exploitation of the valuable and luxurious collection of Bazarche Handicrafts Market. He stated: This bazaar is a very valuable complex, whose architectural beauty, size and geographical location are its prominent features.

Simultaneously with the visit of the government delegation to Golestan province and with the presence of Zarghami, Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, the largest handicrafts and traditional arts market in the north of the country was opened in Aqqola.

The building of Aqqla permanent handicrafts and traditional arts market has been designed in an area of ​​3700 square meters and an infrastructure of about 2300 square meters on 2 floors. This project includes a bazaar and 57 booths selling handicraft products of the city and province, a museum and an administrative department with the expectation of creating employment for 72 people.
