Mohsen Purkiani, CEO of Alborz Insurance, said at a meeting of managers and heads of branches, emphasizing the need for digital transformation in insurance companies: Insurance companies must adapt to the changes of the current century in The digital transformation platform has been synchronized. He continued: “Acquiring up-to-date knowledge and belief in changes and developments in the digital context and training specialized manpower and familiar with new sciences are the two main axes of synchronization of commercial enterprises, including insurance companies with digital transformation.”

He added: Alborz Insurance last year had a production of 4,300 billion tomans of premiums, which compared to the previous year, increased by 43%.

According to Purkiani, Alborz Insurance has grown by more than 86% in premium production in the first seven months of this year, while the growth of the insurance industry is close to 40%.

He said: “Insurance is very different from other jobs because the insurance product is not tangible and the quality of insurance services is determined only when paying damages.” Alborz Insurance Company has always tried to compensate its damaged insurers in the shortest possible time, therefore, the insurers are completely satisfied with the services of Alborz Insurance and most of the insurance policies of Alborz Insurance Company are extended.

According to Purkiani, in order to be customer-oriented and respect their rights, Alborz Insurance Company has set up a 1574 public relations center that is ready to respond to all compatriots.

The Vice Chairman of the Board also stressed the need to develop life insurance sales and said: “One of the ways to develop the insurance culture and increase the portfolio of insurance companies is to sell life insurance because it provides the future of insurers and good financial resources.” It drives insurance companies and boosts the sales network economy.

In this meeting, the heads of Bushehr, Bandar Imam Khomeini, Zahedan, Yasuj and Bandar Anzali branches, which had the highest sales of life insurance in 1399, were appreciated.

It is worth mentioning that the meeting of managers and heads of Alborz Insurance branches was held in the presence of the CEO, members of the board of directors, managers and heads of branches of this company on 26 and 27 November.
