The Pentagon chief’s new fake deadline on a possible Russian invasion of Ukraine

The head of the Pentagon had previously claimed: “If you look at his (Vladimir Putin) position today, it is clear that he has made his decision and they are moving towards their proper positions to attack.”

Austin echoed previous claims by US President Joe Biden that Russian President Vladimir Putin had decided to attack.

In the past few weeks, US officials have said that Putin has not yet made that decision, but despite Washington’s predictions and false fabricated deadlines, they now claim that the Russian president has made his decision, despite the Kremlin’s denial.

In an interview with ABC News on Saturday, the US Secretary of Defense claimed that he did not believe that a Russian military presence along the Ukrainian border was a bluff and that Russian President Vladimir Putin could decide to invade Ukraine shortly.

Austin went on to claim that Russia had developed a war infrastructure along the Ukrainian border to successfully carry out the invasion.

The Secretary of Defense claimed that Putin had several options and could attack in the short term.

Asked if Russia was seeking to escalate tensions without a real intention to attack, the Pentagon chief said: “I do not believe this is a bluff.

Austin claimed he thought he had the right set up for a successful attack.

The Secretary of Defense questioned the return of Russian troops, saying that if they had returned to their bases, we would not have seen logistical, medical and air support in the region.

Relations between Moscow and Kiev have been strained since 2014, and tensions have intensified under the influence of US and allied propaganda.

Russia has sent security assurances and requests to the United States, calling for a halt to any NATO military exercises near Russia’s borders and for the withdrawal of its forces from Eastern Europe.

Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that Western powers are using their allies to besiege Russia. He wants NATO to suspend its military operations in Eastern Europe.

US President Joe Biden has said that Russian forces are planning to invade Ukraine in the coming days, adding that Russian forces are now encircling Ukraine via Belarus, the border with Ukraine and the Black Sea.
