The price of government housing is 4 times that of Parand and Pakdasht houses

According to Tejarat News, every Tehran tenant who plans to jump Housing Those who register will be eligible for a loan of 450 million Tomans.

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development has also announced that for the middle deciles of the society, these facilities cover 50 to 60 percent of the value of the units, ie the remaining 40 to 50 percent must be provided in cash by the applicants.

In fact, tenants have to borrow 450 million tomans, which in total must pay more than 1.6 billion tomans in installments and bring in 450 million tomans in cash. That is, a housing unit in the housing leap plan is estimated at more than two billion and 100 million tomans. The loan is to be repaid with 18% interest and 240 months repayment.

While applicants have to pay more than 2.1 billion tomans in twenty years, currently the price of a unit in the cities of Parand and Pakdasht starts from 260 million tomans and goes up to 450 million tomans with the larger units or better facilities.

According to the managers of the Ministry of Roads, the number of housing leap units is 75 meters, and currently a 76-meter unit is estimated at 295 million Tomans. Also, with 450 million Tomans, you can buy an 85-meter, two-bedroom unit in a single-unit apartment in Pakdasht.

The situation in Parand is similar to Pakdasht, a 75-meter apartment with two bedrooms in phase four is sold for 410 million tomans.

However, according to the Deputy Minister of Roads, for the first to third deciles, the facilities cover up to 80% of the value of the housing units, and the applicants must pay 20% of the value of the house in cash.

Under these circumstances, it seems that buying these houses is economical for those in the first to third deciles. Because the loan covers up to 80% of the value of the shares and the loan is repaid in the form of a good loan, it means that the loan installments are cheaper for this group than other groups.
