The process of handing over historical monuments must be done in full compliance with legal procedures



According to the report of Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qazvin Province, Ali Folian on Thursday, November 27, 1400, while appreciating the actions of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts in preserving and reviving historical monuments by handing over monuments: Historical level of the province and the difficulty of work in terms of historical, technical and artistic dimensions in the field of cultural heritage will slow down the process of activities in this area, however, it is expected that the cultural heritage collection will consider measures to protect historic houses by handing over in full compliance. “And the law must be enforced.”

Alireza Khazaeli, Director General of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qazvin Province, also stated on the sidelines of the visit: “Judicial actions taken by the investor in this building and the planning and scheduling of restoration activities were examined. We hope to see the operation of this historic house with a new use in the next month.”

“Also, the process of restoration measures in the historical house of Saad al-Sultan (the Prophet), which is part of the plans to hand over the Article 27 Commission, was examined and visited by the members of the commission,” Khazaeli added.

The visit was also attended by representatives of the governorate, the Management and Planning Organization, Economic and Financial Affairs, the Chamber of Commerce, and deputies and experts from the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts.
