The self-ownership facility of the National Movement was concluded with 19,000 units

Mahmoud Shayan, CEO of Maskan Bank, regarding the latest status of self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement, announced: 135,865 units in the form of 17,905 projects have been introduced to the bank, of which 19,000 contracts have been introduced to the bank. And 183 units in the amount of 6,511 billion tomans have been concluded.

Shayan stated that the number of self-owned facilities paid to the builders’ accounts was 2,684 units.

It is worth mentioning that the provision of self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement plan is paid to the landlords step by step and based on physical progress. Also, more than 5 million applicants registered in housing support schemes, of which 97,000 applicants are self-employed, who registered their information in the system in two months after the conditions were provided in the price system.
