The statistics of vacant houses of legal entities were announced to the Tax Affairs Organization

According to Tejarat News, Rostam Ghasemi, on the sidelines of a visit to the Pakdasht belt, told reporters today, December 25, regarding the registration of the National Housing Movement: “So far, acceptable applicants have registered in the Saman system, and there is still time to register.” For Tehran province, and specifically the city of Tehran, because there is not much room for development, most of the new cities and surrounding towns are planned to build housing. Regarding Pakdasht, whatever the number of applicants, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is ready to allocate the resources and facilities needed for housing construction.

Ghasemi, noting that more than 1.5 million people registered in the Saman system, said: “In the past month, two things happened regarding the registration conditions of the National Housing Movement system.” First, singles have the opportunity to register in the system, where they must provide their marriage documents at the time of delivery of the housing unit. Form Form C also provided for a longer period of time for people who should not own property, which the new High Housing Council resolution reduced.

He specified: the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has been authorized so that people who do not own housing can own houses. If there are cooperatives that have land or their units have not been completed, we will provide them with facilities in the housing production leap plan and we will cooperate with them to cooperate in the construction of housing and delivery to applicants.

Regarding the tax on vacant houses, Ghasemi said: “Part of the vacant houses are identified by self-declaration.” The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has identified statistics on vacant homes completed on a self-reported basis. Also, most of the vacant houses belong to legal entities that have been notified to the Tax Administration.
