“At the NATO Foreign Ministers’ Summit, Blinken will have the opportunity to reaffirm NATO’s key role in maintaining transatlantic security, including our joint efforts to hold Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable and to promote a speedy end to a meaningless and destructive electoral war,” the State Department said in a statement.
