According to Tasnim news agency and quoting the official media of Persepolis club, young Uzbek striker Sherzod Temirov, who has a history of winning in Uzbekistan and playing in the Asian Champions League, came to Tehran today (Friday) to join Persepolis.
The 23-year-old, who is 185cm tall, has played for Pakhtakor, Mashal and Shortan Gozar of Uzbekistan. He also won the Uzbekistan League and Super Cup with Pakhtakor.
Tamirov is scheduled to undergo medical tests tonight and tomorrow morning.
