Omar Kermlov of Russia and Boris Vander Worst of the Netherlands are candidates for the presidency of the World Boxing Federation, which will be held electronically.
Omar Kermlov is currently the president of the federation, which has been voting for the past two years to end the term of Ghafoor Rakhimov, the previous president who had problems with IBA.
