Tutorial: How to fix the problem of Windows 11 Bluetooth not working?

There are two main ways to enable Bluetooth in Windows 11: Using the Quick Settings menu or in the Windows Settings app. Below we will look at both options and some basic troubleshooting.
Turn on Bluetooth using the quick settings menu
The fastest way to turn on Bluetooth in Windows 11 is to use the Quick Settings menu. To access it, click on the set of cursor icons to the right of your date and time in your taskbar.
After clicking this hidden button, a quick settings menu will appear. Click on the Bluetooth icon, which looks like a “B” with sharp angles. (If you do not see the Bluetooth button or icon in the quick settings list, click the pencil icon. Then click “Add” and then select “Bluetooth” from the list.)

After clicking, the color of the button changes and Bluetooth is activated. To connect, right-click the Bluetooth button and select “Go to Settings”.

After that, go to Adding a Bluetooth Device to Windows 11 below.

Turn on Bluetooth using Windows Settings
You can also enable Bluetooth from Windows settings. To do this, run the settings by pressing Windows + i on your keyboard or by searching for “settings” in the Start menu.

In Settings, click “Bluetooth & Devices” in the sidebar.

In Bluetooth settings, set the switch next to “Bluetooth” to the “On” position.

After that, you are ready for your first connection, which we will discuss in the following section.
Add a Bluetooth device to Windows 11
Now that you’ve gone to Settings> Bluetooth and Devices (thanks to one of the two sections above), it’s time to use Bluetooth to connect a peripheral to your Windows 11 PC. In “Bluetooth & Devices”, click the large “Add Device” button with a plus sign (“+”) near the top of the settings window.

In the “Add Device” window that appears, click “Bluetooth”.

Next, make sure the device you want to connect is turned on and paired. Instructions on how to do this vary by device, so refer to the device manual.
Windows enters discovery mode and constantly searches for devices that are in pairing mode. Once found, they will appear in a list in the pop-up window. When you see the device you want to connect to, click on its name in the list.
