It is said that the display of colors in Natural mode is not particularly different between Galaxy S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra; So it can be assumed that this is a software problem and will be solved with an update. But if the problem is related to the hardware part, Samsung users will face more challenges and may need to return their device to the company.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, which is similar to the previous generation, but this year Samsung has used Corning’s Gorilla Armor protection, which is apparently up to 4 times more scratch-resistant, and we have seen this in a test before.
