Explaining that the representatives held several meetings in the Joint Article 85 Commission with the participation of experts to support the institution of the family in 17 months, he said: With the subjects of marriage, infertile couples, childbearing, economic facilities, insurance tax exemptions, housing, which was supported by the family in various dimensions, and the result was the Family Protection Law.

Salehi Mobarakeh pointed out: I hope that the implementation of this law, with its numerous and various provisions, will fulfill the tenth principle of the constitution, which is to facilitate the formation of the family institution and the consolidation and stability of this institution.
