Vienna talks are progressing logically – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

The Wall Street Journal’s Lawrence Norman tweeted, quoting a senior EU official, that progress was being made in the Vienna talks, according to Reuters.

“I think the Iran nuclear talks in Vienna are progressing logically,” the senior European official said in his analysis of the Vienna nuclear talks.

He added: “All parties have participated in the talks more seriously.”

The document reached by the two sides at a meeting last June provides a common framework for negotiations, the senior European official said.

It is worth mentioning that a new round of Vienna nuclear talks has been taking place since yesterday with the presence of the negotiating delegation of Iran and the P5 + 1 countries.

Our Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, also published an article on his Instagram account today: “We are all in Vienna to negotiate to reach a good agreement.”

He added: “The Western parties should know that in the last eight years, enough has been said and promises have been made, but today is the time to act and we are working to reach a serious and good agreement.”

Our Foreign Minister stated: “Iran’s nuclear program is completely peaceful, but resolving the concerns of the alleged nuclear parties of the West is directly related to the complete lifting of sanctions; Although we doubt whether the Western side is in principle ready to lift the sanctions or only seeks to unilaterally resolve its concerns, if the Western side attends the negotiations with good faith, initiative and constructive ideas, we will certainly see rapid progress.
