What is the initial contribution of the housing leap plan?

He continued: “This SMS will be sent to the telephone number of the heads of households to receive the initial income through a specific number, and we intend to have accurate information in this regard so that fraud does not take place.”

The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development continued: The initial deposit of the applicants of the National Movement will be done in 4 to 5 stages, which will also be informed in this regard.

The proposal of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to determine the ceiling of the National Movement facilities was also approved by the Monetary and Credit Council yesterday, and based on this, the National Housing Movement plan was another step closer to implementation.

Housing applicants in Tehran will receive 450 million Tomans, in cities with a population of more than one million people (metropolises) 400 million Tomans and in provincial centers 350 million Tomans will receive construction facilities.

The figure of these facilities in other cities is 350 million Tomans and for rural housing is 250 million Tomans.

The benefit of the facility is variable and depends on the household income decile, and the government will support the lower deciles.

Four million housing units are to be built over a four-year period under the National Housing Movement, which is currently in the process of being registered.

The implementation of this plan has started in the first week of October in most provinces. So far, nearly 900,000 people have registered in the National Movement plan through the “Saman” system.
