Referring to the transfer of the construction of the National Housing Movement in cities with less than 100,000 people to the Housing Foundation, Nikzad clarified: According to the approvals of the Supreme Housing Council, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is to implement the National Housing Movement in cities with less than 100,000 people. The most important issue in this transfer is the notification of the facilities of 200 to 300 million Tomans of this project to the Housing Foundation, which has not been notified yet and we are following up to be notified in the next few days.
Regarding the housing construction facilities in cities with less than 100,000 people, he said: “According to the approval of the Supreme Housing Council, the number of facilities for the National Housing Movement plan varies in different cities.” In Tehran, 450 is 400 million in big cities, 350 million tomans in cities with more than 200,000 people, and between 250 and 300 million tomans in cities with less than 100,000 people.
According to the head of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution, we are carrying out administrative work on handing over the projects of the National Housing Movement from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to the Housing Foundation. The ministry then submits the list of refined applicants to the Housing Foundation. He emphasized: The Minister of Roads and Urban Development recently had an online meeting with the General Managers of Roads and Urban Development and the General Managers of the Provincial Housing Foundation, where he emphasized that they should transfer the implementation of this project from the Roads and Urban Development Departments to the Housing Foundation.
Nikzad emphasized that the people are committed to this project, noting that the companies under the Housing Foundation have taken action to purchase construction materials, including cement and rebar, and have stored them. Use it as soon as possible until the project starts.
