World Boxing Championship; “Rezaei” recorded the first victory of the Iranian team



According to IRNA, the World Boxing Championships started on Monday in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and will continue until November 6th.

Today (Tuesday), Ashkan Rezaei, a 63.5 kg boxer from Iran, competed against “Zemvidnia” from Lithuania and won in all three rounds with a spectacular fight.

In the first and second rounds, Ashkan scored several times with his left-handed hook, and in the third round, he controlled the game so well that the Lithuanian boxer turned to error shots and was warned twice by the referee.

Finally, the young boxer of our country deservedly won in all three rounds to have a promising start.

With this victory, Rezaei reached a total of 32 people and at this stage, he will face Lynch from Scotland.

Tonight in the 75kg weight class, Seyed Shahin Mousavi, another Iranian representative, will meet Kyrgyz boxer Toratov in the first match. In this weight, 46 boxers have weighed.

The Iranian team participated in this event with 10 boxers and led by “Alireza Esteki”.
