Zenit Club President: We will not allow the test to be separated without choosing a replacement

According to Fars News Agency, several news items about the future of the Iranian Zenit star star Sardar Azmoun are heard in the European media, and contradictory news are heard about the time of the Iranian striker’s separation from Zenit.

In this regard, Alexander Medvedev, the president of the Zenit club, said the last word about the time of the separation of the test captain. In an interview with the official Russian news agency (TASS), the high-ranking official said: “The test captain has no right to leave the club in the winter transfer window if a suitable replacement is not found.”

He added: “Without finding a replacement for the test in the winter transfer window, we can not allow this player to leave the team.

Earlier, the Russian club had rejected Lyon’s offer of 3 million euros to buy the 27-year-old Iranian player because he wants to earn more money.

The test went to Zenit in 2019 after shining with Rubin Kazan. During his nearly 3 years at Zenit, Sardar won three championships in the Russian League, and every three years he fought for Mr. Goli League and won the award once.
