Forecasting the supply of 15 to 25 thousand heads of livestock on the day of Eid al-Adha


According to Fars news agency, Ayoub Fasahat, CEO of Tehran Municipal Squares Management Organization, in a press conference, while congratulating on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the decade of Imamat and Velayat, stated that the surveys of this organization show the great acceptance of citizens for the supply of sanitary livestock and said: Supply forecast 15 Up to 25,000 heads of livestock have been taken on the days of Arafah and Eid al-Adha, and this amount can be increased if the citizens need it.

Referring to the price of 85,000 tomans, each kilogram of live animals is sold at 17 animal health supply points, he added: 30 Sharia inspectors, 160 veterinarians and 320 slaughterers are ready to provide services on the days of Arafah and Eid al-Adha for sacrifices and vows. Emphasizing that in order to adjust and stabilize the price of live livestock with the arrangements made for the supply of subsidized livestock, stalls have been provided to the Imam’s (RA) Executive Command Headquarters and the Itka organization, and stated: In order to prevent the transmission of common livestock diseases and Humans and the spread of environmental pollution, if someone has procured livestock from other centers, he can slaughter them at the animal health supply stations and under the supervision of the veterinarians present in these centers.
Fasahat stated that all the animals that are offered at the animal health supply points on the days of Arafah and Eid al-Adha have a health certificate from the origin, he noted that despite the inspection of the animals purchased by the citizens before slaughter, if after the slaughter In the opinion of the veterinarian, if part or the whole carcass of an animal is confiscated and destroyed, the cost will be paid to the buyer.
The CEO of Tehran Municipal Square Management Organization pointed out that luckily we have not had any cases of Crimean-Congo fever in the city of Tehran so far and stated: We recommend citizens to buy the livestock they need from animal health supply centers in order to maintain their health and that of their families. and keep the slaughtered meat in the refrigerator for 24 hours and avoid touching the entrails of the animal without gloves.
It should be noted that the animal health supply stations are ready to provide services to citizens today, Saturday, July 18, coinciding with Arafah Day, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, July 19, coinciding with Eid al-Adha, from 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
