Gharibabadi: 25,000 people were assassinated in Iran / Iran is the biggest victim of terrorism in the world

According to a Fars News Agency reporter; Kazem Gharibabadi, Secretary of the Human Rights Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff for International Affairs of the Judiciary, stated at the American Human Rights Disclosure Conference held this morning at Ivan Shams Hall: “This meeting should be a place to expose American crimes.”

“The United States is making full use of human rights as a foreign policy tool to achieve its goals,” said the deputy director of international affairs for the judiciary. In the political arena, the United States creates cases for countries to force them to use its human rights standards.

Gharibabadi said: “This week should be a week of human rights readings, human rights that pay attention to crimes and non-implementation of the American human rights standard in this country.”

“There are more than 2 million prisoners in the United States, which makes it the largest prison in the world,” he said, noting that the United States has the highest number of prisoners.

Gharibabadi said: “The number of black prisoners is 4 times that of white people, which shows the discriminatory view in the United States. On average, 4,000 prisoners die in this country every year, which is not raised in human rights forums!”

“Eighty-two percent of Muslims in the United States say they have been discriminated against,” he said. Violence against women also kills 1,800 women a year in the United States, which monitors and reports on the human rights situation in other countries.

“More than 70 percent of American women have been sexually assaulted, which is a tragedy,” Gharibabadi said. The United States has a short history (three centuries) full of killings and aggression, 4 million people were killed in the Vietnam War, 2 million people died as a result of US policies in Iraq, 27 million people of color in the United States they were killed. They also killed 70,000 afghanis.

He added: “The United States was at a time when it was building a country, it transferred 14 million slaves to this country, of which 2 million were killed by sea.”

Asked how these crimes could be justified, Gharibabadi said: “The torture used by US forces against prisoners is unprecedented in human history.

“The United States is at the forefront of unilateral sanctions against countries,” he said, adding that more than 30 countries are on the US list of unilateral sanctions. “This country is a flagship of supporting terrorist groups. Al-Qaeda and ISIS were among the US-backed terrorist groups in our region.”

The Secretary of the Human Rights Headquarters pointed out: The United States supports the Zionist regime in all aspects, political, intelligence, security, and so on.

Explaining the US unilateral sanctions against Iran, Gharibabadi said: “In the field of terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran is the biggest victim of terrorism. According to the latest statistics, more than 25,000 people in Iran lost their lives as a result of terrorist acts.” We are witnessing these terrorist acts.
