Hot Dox Festival sponsors Iranian documentaries

The documentary “Women’s Paths” directed by Marjan Khosravi, a joint production of Iran and Spain, received the financial support (fund) of the prestigious and international Hot Dox Festival of Canada.
Theater News Base: The Hot Dox Documentary Film Festival is the largest documentary and film market event in North America, and is one of the Oscar-approved festivals that aims to encourage Indigenous filmmakers each year in the form of Cross Currents sponsorship of a limited number of ongoing projects. Supports production from different countries.
The Cross Currents Fund, in partnership with Netflix and the Panicaro Foundation, has supported only four international documentaries, one of which is the “Women’s Paths” documentary from Iran.
Projects that receive this funding will participate in the forum section of the Hot Dogs 2022 Festival and will enjoy a one-year fellowship of the festival.
