Maintenance of local parks in Tehran is left to the people / Development of citizen shops and fruit and vegetable markets in the new year

Jalal Bahrami, Deputy of Urban Services and Environment of Tehran Municipality, in an interview with Fars reporter, announced the development of Shahrvand store services and Tareh Bar squares to prevent price fluctuations and said: Urban services in Tehran will be developed thanks to the increase in public participation.

Pointing out that we are looking to develop vitality in local parks, he said: “In urban screens, if public participation takes place, we will see better results, and this can be seen in the establishment of Haft-e-Sin tables in neighborhoods.
Provide people with the necessary equipment, items and space. The taste of performances will be different from our limited administrative office.

Bahrami emphasized: “All our efforts are to leave the maintenance of local parks to the people and in return to have facilities to meet the needs of the parks to the people.”

He continued: “I think people should plant their favorite flowers in the parks and hold their own festival in the parks.”

The deputy mayor of Tehran believes that space should be opened for waste management so that people can take action.

He continued: “I say very firmly that if we use 100% of our power, it is not as much as 5% of the people’s power, so it is better to leave the work to the people themselves.”

Tehran Municipality Deputy Mayor for Urban Services and Environment, emphasizing that city managers consider themselves people’s lawyers, said: “The administrative framework and its services do not bring the required comfort, and people should enter the field to solve their service problems, to solve many problems.” .
