In the last minutes of the year, Afghans take to the streets and neighborhoods to buy vegetables and fish on Eid night. Every year, Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, takes on the mood of Nowruz and the city prepares for the green steps of spring.

Despite the economic and livelihood problems, the people of Afghanistan celebrate the New Year every year.
