Screening of 13 short films focusing on Muharram in Video, Hashur and Tiwal/Ashurai works of the 70s and 80s will be reenacted

According to Fars news agency, according to the Iranian Youth Cinema Association, the broadcasting and distribution affairs of the Iranian Youth Cinema Association, on the occasion of the beginning of the month of Muharram and the days of mourning for Aba Abdallah, released its latest package titled “Hosseinieh” for screening on three video platforms, Hashore and Tiwal. It has made short films available to the audience in the form of subscription and sale.
The “Hosseinieh” package is available from today, August 8, 1401 (at the same time as the beginning of the month of Muharram) to October 5, 1401 (the end of the month of Safar), in four stages, 12 selected Ashura short films for subscription and one short film for sale. It places the audience on all three platforms. These short works were produced in the 70s and 80s in the Iranian Youth Cinema Association.
The 10 short films of “Hosseiniyeh” that will be screened in a collaborative manner are: “Ziyarat” by Mehdi Jafari, “A Cage of Freedom” by Javad Mazdabadi, “Somewhere Near the Earth” by Qasim Ansari, “Symphony of Death” by Zindiad Hassan Khodayi “Nazar” composed by Ahmed Talebinejad, “Dize Doveidi” composed by Mirdolat Mousavi, “Qurbani Ab” composed by Seyed Mehdi Razavizadeh, “Deedar” composed by Akbar Rasakh, “Khadmin” composed by Morteza Adli and “Water and Mirror” composed by Mohammad Reza Khosravifard.
The short film “Bibi” by Saeed Nejati, made in 1993, is the only film sold by “Hosseinieh” which can be watched at a cost of 8 thousand tomans on all three platforms, Video, Hashore and Tiwal, and will be available to the audience from Wednesday, August 12.
Also, two short films “Mokhalef Khawan” directed by Seyed Mohammad Sadegh Jafari and “Majlis al-Khoon” directed by Mehdi Ramzanzadeh will be available on August 19 and 26, respectively, and the audience can watch these two films on all three platforms until October 5.
Broadcasting and distribution affairs of the Iranian Youth Cinema Association has so far screened 168 short films on the platforms of Hashore, Video and Tiwal online in subscription and some sales.
