The text of the message of thanks to the Central Board of the Cinematographers Association addressed to Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Speaker and members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, is as follows:

For several weeks, with the approval of the Joint Commission to collect taxes on artistic activities, the peace of mind of filmmakers and other honorable artists had been disturbed in this artistic land, and the lack of economic justification for cinematic and artistic activities due to many problems The work of these fields, and especially the irreparable damage of the Corona pandemic in the last 2 years, had increased the concern of the art community with the non-expert approval in the budget of 1400 and subsequently in the proposal in the budget of 1401!
