According to Fars reporter, Mehdi Chamran, chairman of the Islamic Council of Tehran, at the end of today’s public meeting of the council, noting that the budget of 1400 municipalities has been closed very heavily and a large amount of it will not be realized, said: Therefore, the figure is about 12 thousand Billions of it will be reduced.
He continued: the municipality, based on the 50% realization of the budget in the first half of the year, has come to the conclusion that not all of this budget will be realized by the end of the year.
The head of the Tehran City Council also stated about an urgent bill for collecting claims in the field of urban planning: in this bill, a 25% reduction in construction fees has been considered for those who will pay in cash.
He emphasized: this discount was extended for another month and citizens can pay construction tolls in cash and get a 25% discount.
Regarding the proposal to amend the conflict of interest law, Chamran said: “This is one of the internal issues of the council and we will resolve it through internal dialogue.”
