According to Fars News Agency’s urban correspondent, Hassan Mohammad Hassanzadeh was appointed as the CEO of the Real Estate Organization.
In the decree granted by the Mayor of Tehran, the missions defined for the new CEO of the Real Estate Organization are as follows:
1- Generating real estate of the municipality with the approach of protection and increasing productivity and creating a platform for the realization of cash and non-cash revenues
2- Identifying and establishing ownership of real estate and municipal documents
3- Planning and organizing real estate with the approach of investment and financing
4- Applying new methods in the system of valuation, sale and rental of real estate
5- Counting; Modification and smartening of processes with the approach of streamlining and improving the quality of services
Hassanzadeh previously holds the position of Deputy Director of Real Estate, Deputy Director of Regional Affairs and Planning, Deputy Director of General Affairs of Tehran Municipality, Deputy Planner of District 8, Advisor to the Mayor of District 16, Advisor to the Mayor of District 4 and the National Youth Organization.
