The return of investment of “Smart Kid” depends on the show in foreign countries
The producer of Bacha Zarang animation said: In our previous projects, we were able to get a return on investment by showing in different countries, and we will do the same in the Bacha Zarang project.

Hamed Jafari, the producer of the animation “Smart Kid” in the radio program “Shahr Aftab” of Radio Tehran, referring to this work that was produced with the participation of the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, said: Animation production has an important distinction from other media and television productions. ; In animations, productions are for companies, and from the first day we tried to have this process in all works; The company-centeredness of the works causes the experiences of a large number of factors of these productions to be precipitated, and the importance of the director and producer is less, and all processes are carried out with the presence and decision of a significant group of people participating in the production.
He continued: None of the people we worked with in Prince of Rome are in the Bacha Zarang project, but the work has progressed a lot and this is the result of a team work and structural experience that has been deposited in the body of the group.
Jafari replied that due to the high costs of producing such works; Do the revenues cover the expenses?, he said: In the press conference of this film at the festival, I joked that we are making animation with the sugar and tea money of foreign films in Iran, which is really the case; It takes 5 years to make the animation of Bache Zarang, of course, we faced many problems along the way; Our dollar calculation for its costs was that we announced about 1 million dollars, but how will this money come back, or rather, how much will we get a return on investment, all of which are related to the field of screening inside Iran and abroad.
He added: We had this experience in previous projects and we realized limited and nationwide shows in different countries and we were able to compensate for the costs of our productions. The smart kid will also have a significant return and a good income for us.
