The head of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council for the Prevention of Crime stated: Based on expert investigations, the main causes of twenty-seven drug-related crimes have been identified in three areas: legal and policing, cultural-social, and legal and judicial.
He said: Among the most important causes of drug-related crimes are material and cultural poverty, weak personal and social skills, lack of family awareness of how to take care and preventive behavior, low sense of social responsibility, suppressed social grudges (class gaps), difficulties in scientific discovery. The crime is the neighborhood with two drug-producing countries, insufficient deterrence of punishments, low consequences of committing crimes, limited effectiveness of correctional measures, weakness in intercepting and monitoring professional criminals after completing the prison term.
Savari stated: With the aim of reducing and preventing drug-related crimes and in accordance with the identified causes, several solutions have been developed in the form of the national division of labor plan, and according to the plan, more than 23 different tasks have been considered for more than 90 tasks.
