America: Targeting American citizens by Russia is unacceptable

New York – IRNA – John Kirby, the strategic communications coordinator of the American National Security Council, announced that the targeting of American citizens by the Moscow government is unacceptable following the arrest of a Wall Street Journal reporter by Russia.
