Mahmoud Goodarzi’s work history is as follows: Deputy Chairman of Tehran Stock Exchange, Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Saba Tamin Brokerage Company, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Hamoon Shomal Investment Company, Advisor to the CEO on Capital Market Affairs of Amin Retirement Insurance Company and Managing Director and Member of the Board Bahonar brokerage has been active.

In addition to professional capital market qualifications, he is an official expert of the judiciary in the field of capital markets.

Goodarzi was appointed as the head of this company by a decree on October 28, 2014 by the board of directors of the Tehran Stock Exchange.

Goodarzi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Imam Khomeini International University. He also holds a master’s degree in business management majoring in financial management from Allameh Tabatabai University and a doctorate in financial management from Islamic Azad University.
