Brazil: Now is the time to start talking about peace in Ukraine

Tehran-IRNA- Brazil’s Foreign Minister Manuro Vieira said in an interview with CNN TV channel: “Now is the time to end the discourse of war and start the discussion and dialogue about peace in Ukraine.”
