According to the cinema correspondent of Fars News Agency, the closing ceremony of the 12th Ammar People’s Film Festival was held tonight, Friday, January 15, in the presence of a group of artists in the Andisheh Hall of the Arts Center.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the prizes of several sections of the 12th Ammar People’s Film Festival were awarded by the jury and the families of the martyrs Sheibani and Pashapour.

The honorary plaque of the documentary section of the World Movement of the Oppressed was presented to the documentary “Dancer with Wolves” directed by Mehdi Afzalzadeh.

The honorary plaque of the Defenders of the Shrine section was awarded to the documentaries “Mr. Asghar Akbar Man” directed by Ahmad Abdolkarimi and “General” directed by Mehrad Yousefi and the lantern of this section due to the “360 degree siege” directed by Hamed Hadian.

The honorary plaque of the national memory section was presented to the documentaries “Naib al-Imam” directed by Mohammad Ali Ali Asghari and “The Seeker” directed by Mohammad Mehdi Ebrahimi prose and the lantern of this section was presented to the “Golden Boy” directed by Abbas Vahaj.

The honorary plaque of the Economic War section was awarded to the documentaries “Hidden Treasure” directed by Mohammad Reza Hosseini and “Axil Nihil” directed by Mohammad Reza Niroumand Fanoos. This section was awarded to “Baby” directed by Amir Ather Soheili.

The honorary plaque of the Iranian dream was awarded to “Hi-Tech”.

The honorary plaque of the critique section in the discourse was awarded to the documentaries “Wrong Address” directed by Mohammad Hadi Inanloo and “Etihad Boulevard” directed by Sadegh Zare and the lantern of this section was awarded to “Bread of Selections 2” directed by Mohammad Reza Haj Mohammad Hosseini.

Masoud Jafari Jozani stated: It is a great honor to attend a popular festival, it is more valuable here than anywhere else in the world. I do not consider myself worthy of this tribute, because there are other elders better than me. To those in charge in our country, I say that opportunities pass over your head like a cloud.

He added: “I ask those who have put their knees on the necks of artists to allow art and artists to breathe.” Hoping to see before I die, the Iranian table is thriving and there is no sick child without a hospital bed.

Then, the other part of the prizes of the 12th Ammar People’s Film Festival were awarded.

The honorary plaque of the soft war section was presented to the documentary “Lithium Coup” directed by Sajjad Rezazadeh and the lantern of this section was awarded to “Sharp Scissors” directed by Alireza Baashani.

The cultural teaser honorary plaque was awarded to the works of “Good Landlord” directed by Mohammad Hossein Amani and “For Iran” directed by Mohammad Aghili.

The honorary plaque of the short fiction film section was awarded to “Alleys of Khorasan” directed by Sajjad Entezari and the lantern of this section was awarded to “Negin Soleiman” directed by Mohammad Amin Emami.

In the feature film category, the honorary plaque of the best actor to Galareh Abbasi for the film “Iranian Girl”, the plaque of honor for the best cinematography to Hashem Moradi for the filming of “Troy”, the plaque of honor for the best sound to Hossein Bashash for the filming of “Trojan” and a special award The jury was awarded to Mohammad Alizadeh Fard for directing “Troy”.
