He added: One of the differences of this year’s exam compared to the previous exams is the addition of the training section to the registrants.
He continued: The exam will be held in 8 categories and 245 job titles and between 800 and 900 job candidates. This year, trainings have been planned for those who are qualified for a job so that the quality of recruitment will be better.
The secretary of the seventh course of the country’s employment exam stated that the registration started on July 10 and will continue until the 23rd of this month.
Thaghafi added: The first stage of registration is in the job category, and in the second stage, people can choose and test 4 job titles in each job category. Next, 6 personality tests will be held and report cards of people will be issued so that job seekers will have more knowledge about their abilities.
In further explanation, he said: 10 days before the exam, people should choose and announce their job titles and qualifications.
The secretary of the recruitment exam of the private sector announced that the exam will start on September 28 and will last for 8 days. The results will be announced on November 13, and accepted people will be invited to work on November 18.
At the end, Thaghafi said about the capacity to accept this year’s exam: There are about 21,000 job positions for 5,700 companies in which the capabilities of people are measured. This statistic last year was 18,000 jobs for 4,900 companies.
