Iranian Ambassador to London: Iranian diplomacy is gradually taking shape and finding its way


According to Fars News Agency’s Foreign Policy Group, “Mohsen Baharvand”, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Britain, wrote today (Wednesday) at the same time as the visit of our President Ayatollah Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi to Moscow, posting a picture of the Iranian and Russian flags on his Instagram page: A country strengthens its relations with countries that speak the language of respect to it, respect its national sovereignty, and their goal is interaction based on common interests, friendly relations and mutual cooperation.

He added: “Our country, like a shining jewel in West Asia, has an effective role in shaping the balance of the new international system.”

Baharvand pointed out: During more than two centuries of serious diplomatic relations with Westerners, their behavior has always been accompanied by interference, coercion, imposition, sanctions and humiliating conditions. Iranian diplomacy is gradually taking shape and finding its way.

According to Fars, Ayatollah Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed a high-level delegation to Moscow today (Wednesday) in response to the invitation of his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

“Saeed Khatibzadeh” in a weekly meeting with reporters on Monday, January 17, described the president’s visit to Moscow as an important trip that follows the path of the government’s balanced foreign policy and added: “Dr. Ra’isi will have a detailed meeting with his counterpart and issues “Various issues in the cultural, political, economic, technological and popular fields are on the agenda.”
