He explained: In receiving cash from payment branches, the process is as follows: a person needs bills, but there are no ATMs to receive cash, so he goes to another bank branch to withdraw from his account, in this case, an amount for this Interbank transfers have to pay, this service has had a fee since 2008 and it has increased by 20% in the new circular.

Yekta stated: In the new circular, there has been no change in the transfer of Satna and Paya fees, Paya’s payment order was 100% of the transaction amount and Satna’s was 200% of the transaction amount, and there was no change in the new circular, the transaction amount in Paya’s payment order was from 50 million Tomans to 100 million tomans has been increased and as a result of the increase in the fee limit, the fee has also increased, and in the new order, the fixed fee is 30 thousand rials.
